MYLO Announces the Region's First Loyalty Intelligence Platform, Putting Over AED 2,400 Per Household Back Where It Belongs

Dubai-born app unifies loyalty programmes into one dashboard, showing UAE residents the real value of their rewards, in dirhams, before they disappear.

DUBAI, UAE. Every day across the UAE, loyalty points expire quietly. A flight upgrade that never happened. Hotel nights that lapsed. Cashback earned on groceries, school runs, and fuel, and then forgotten. The average UAE resident holds memberships in eight to twelve loyalty programmes and actively manages fewer than three. The result: an estimated AED 2,400 or more per household, per year, gone without a single transaction.

MYLO is built to close that gap.

The app connects more than twenty-three of the UAE's major loyalty programmes (airlines, banks, hospitality, retail, fuel, and transport) into a single dashboard. Balances are shown in AED, not points. Expiry alerts notify users before value lapses. And at the point of purchase, MYLO tells users which card earns the most at that exact merchant, right now.

“There is nothing in the UAE that shows you the full picture,” said Acer Jamal, Founder and CEO of MYLO. “You have points at Skywards, points at Marriott, points at noon and Careem and half a dozen banks. They all expire on different dates in different units and nobody tells you. MYLO fixes that: one view, in dirhams, with a clear next action.”

The problem is structural. UAE residents hold more loyalty memberships per capita than almost any market in the world, a product of the country's concentration of airlines, international hotel chains, premium credit cards, and high-volume retail. But the tools to manage those programmes have not kept pace. Balances sit in separate apps with separate login credentials, denominated in points rather than value, with expiry conditions buried in programme terms.

MYLO is built for this market specifically. At launch, the app connects 23 programmes across airlines, banks, hospitality, fuel, and retail, consolidating what has historically been a fragmented and largely invisible part of household finances.

Acer Jamal is the founder and CEO of MYLO. He built MYLO after experiencing firsthand what most UAE residents live with daily: loyalty points scattered across a dozen programmes, balances expiring quietly, and no clear sense of what any of it is actually worth.

MYLO is his response to that gap: a product built specifically for the UAE market, where loyalty programme density is among the highest in the world but the tools to manage them have never kept pace. He leads product, technology, and commercial development from Dubai, with a focus on building something that works for this market and beyond.
